Tranz Central Coast is a San Luis Obispo group whose mission is to provide education, resources, and support to the community. They offer this temporary restroom sign in the spirit of assisting members of the community to be in compliance with state law regarding signage for single-user restrooms. Please use this temporary sign for your single-user restroom until you purchase more permanent door markers. Listed are some web businesses that you might use to order gender-neutral signs:

True gender neutrality is the absence of gender markets of any kind. It is recommended that any sign used for the purpose of complying with this statute simply state “toilet” or “restroom” and avoid using icons that depict people.
